Badger Balm required a comprehensive website redesign to better reflect the brand’s values and improve overall user engagement. I spearheaded the project, starting with a complete overhaul of the site map and page structure. My goal was to streamline the content, making it more intuitive and accessible for users, while ensuring the design was visually compelling and aligned with the brand’s identity.
After rethinking the user journey and simplifying navigation, I developed detailed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, outlining the design for each page. These designs were crafted with responsiveness and usability in mind, ensuring a seamless experience across devices. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content, to make sure that the new structure aligned with both user needs and business objectives.
Once the designs were finalized, I worked with our development team to ensure smooth handoff and implementation, providing ongoing feedback to maintain the design’s integrity through to the final launch. The result was a refreshed, user-friendly website that not only improved usability but also enhanced the brand’s digital presence.
